It’s that time again! Our AGM will be next Sunday, April 3 from 7:30-8:30 at the James Pearl Room at Mount Pearl City Hall.
We like to keep our AGMs as short as possible so over the next few days we’ll be posting our year end reports and the budget online so we only need to present a short summary at the meeting.
The summaries will be NO MORE than 30m and the rest of the AGM is dedicated to brainstorming.
As you know, all of our board positions have 1 year terms so we are accepting nominations for all positions.
The positions and current candidates are listed below (this will be updated as nominations come in):

Vice-Chair (nominee: Janet Bartlett, current communications officer)

Treasurer (no nominations yet)
Technology Officer ( new nominee: Kevin James)
Communications Officer (new nominee: Sharon King)
Arts Industry and Development Officer (nominee: Shawn Adams – current Arts Industry and Development Officer)
Members at Large (5 positions) nominees:

Darryl Hogan (current Member at Large)
Hilary Young-Laite/Chad Bishop (current shared position – Technology Officer)
