…to consider a submission for our AAMP 2010 Compilation CD!

Here are the details:

This compilation cd is to showcase local music in all its shapes and sizes, the proceeds of which will go back into the Association for the Arts in Mount Pearl (AAMP) to continue to make programs, events and projects like this one possible.

The 2010 AAMP Compilation will feature a variety of artists from many genres so we encourage all bands and artists to submit their material. We ask that you please follow the following guidelines;

Deadline for Submissions: June 25, 2010

a) Artist must be a member of AAMP. Submission of a track will automatically register an artist or band for membership.
b) Contributing artists must be currently active and its preferable that recording be from the last 12 months.
c) No Vulgarity.
d) No Covers.
e) Song length must be no longer than 4 minutes, 30 seconds.
f) Songs submitted can not be bound by a previous distribution agreement.

Final track listing will be finalized by a sub committee formed under AAMP and all artists who submit material will be profiled on www.aamp.ca.

AAMP does not retain any rights to any music submitted.
